As a kid.....some many years ago, I did love their burgers served on taost with some good fries (this was even Pre Arches days) Haven't tried them in the last 40 or oso years. I do remember the Fribble was originally called an Awful-awful, but they got sued over it and habe to drop the name in favor of Fribble

My kids got coupons for free meals as some reward at school so I got dragged along. It was food. Didn't kill me but it wasn't that bad.

The article mentions that along with other changes....there will be a "dramatic fountain experience." That sounds friendly and fun!!!

My kids used to get Pizza Hut coupons  . Imagine how hard the kids would work for a Mamma Lombardi's coupon.

My youngest granddaughter still gets those dreaded Pizza Hut coupons. After going there once and suffering while she had her own pan pizza, we tore her coupons up each time. To placate her, we take her out for sushi which is a REAL treat for her.

I used to love their 'Swiss Chocolate Sundaes'. The Big Beef cheesburgs were ok too...40 years ago. we stopped at a Friedly's a couple of years ago, and it wasn't anything like what I remembered !! (Not Good)

They opened a store in my town (Hartsdale, NY) when I was about 11. It was the first place that I encountered a sundae fancier than at Carvel's, so I was a fan at that age.

During my time at Cracker Barrel, many a man would be annoyed and giving their wives ugly looks when they find out that CB did not serve beer.
Burger King is starting a new concept that I think is called "Burger Bar" where patrons can buy beer. I see nothing wrong with that. Taco Bell should do it.

Strangely, ice cream kills my desire for Bourbon. And, vice versa.
On the other hand, nothing finishes a fine meal better than vanilla ice cream with a snifter of Sambuca on the side.
But, where am I to get my fine meal?
