Nasty ugly and and it was her 2nd time busted as a dog/bun vendor :)
But there is another issue. In my area, there were several bikini wearing ex-strippers that ran hot dog stands. They were all shut down for safety issues. Cars were crashing.

Funny thing is in her area you must be able to start a food vending business out of a regular RV. I don't see a concession window anywhere on that RV and I have seen a good amount of video with this being in the news alot around here.
