One of the great food trucks in Austin is East Side King [there are actually 3.] Chef Paul Qui of Top Chef victory fame, is putting out mind bendingly delicious riffs on a variety of Asian street foods. He's at the top of the game in a city with over 1500 mobile vendors. Austin has been waiting and waiting for him to open a proper brick and mortar and he just announced, last night at City Grit, his plans to open TWO restaurants in South Austin before the end of the year. source http://www.scrumptiousche...de-King-At-The-Grackle
