Roof exhaust fan 110v

Hello all, I am looking for a little help in finding an exhaust fan for my taco truck. I need 110v and this is all I can find. Does this look like it would suffice a Grumman Model P90 Box truck? I am going to put it in the roof directly above the grill and place a rainguard on the outside. Check out the link, thank you very much for your help.
