Home cheese making is not that difficult and really does not require a lot of special equipment. Before you go the overpriced kit route I'd suggest checking out sites like this one: http://biology.clc.uc.edu...ser/cheese/cheese.html You'll need rennet and perhaps some cultures, the rest is pretty much kitchen type equipment.
