Where to eat in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada? Good source for Ottawa restaurant reviews?

We travel to Ottawa five or six times a year to skate on the canal during Winterlude or take in the Tuplip Festival in Spring and to bike around the Rideau Canal during Summer.  We have sampled a number of places in the downtown Byward Market but would like to locate recommended eateries and find a source for current restaurant reviews?  Any help out there?  Thanks in advance.

I've always used the Ottawa Kiosk...I think it's ottawakiosk.com. 
 
I like Johnny Farina's for casual Italian about 1/2 mile south of Parliament. And if you're there on a Wednesday try Hooley's on Elgin -- the entire menu is half price that day.
 
For more upscale I'm a huge fan of Empire Grill near Byward Market, but you said you've frequented that area so you probably already know that.

Ottawa's awesome -- I got married there last year. It's not really an American tourist destination, which is one of the reasons I like it so much. It's small enough that you can walk everywhere but big enough to have great food and incredible bars. At least by my standards. ;)

We have seen the Empire Grill but never ventured in.  Will have to try it.  Our favorite place is Saigon in the Market, I think on Clarence.  Their lunch special can't be beat.  Everytime we try a new place, we end up with , "pretty good but not as good as Saigon."  Canal Ritz is fun during Winterlude.

Oh yeah, I forgot about The Clock Tower. It's a microbrewery that has good food and great beer. There are three locations (or is it four?) including one in Byward.

On Albert, between Bay and Leon, there is the Scone Witch.  My wife and I had breakfast there last year and we thought the scones and jam were delicious.

I've never been to Ottawa.

If you like shawarmas, Sharwarma King at 331 Elgin St. has the best I've ever eaten.
