haccap plan help

Hi I am in baltimore Md and I have been trying to get going for sometime now. I recently went for inspection and they said I need a HACCP plan are you familiar with this if so could you please advise me as to how to write on up. Thank in advance for any help or advice you can offer.

Are you familiar with the definition of HACCP? What guidance does your HD have for you in writing your plan? How about doing some research? Some training?

GL It took me two inspections just to get my HACCP in order. Everything else was great, just the HACCP held me up.Are you running a food truck or what ?? I am 20 mins away from you

plus if you are only doing hot dogs, you do not need a haccp plan
