You get one ingredient!

What would be the one ingredient that would be almost impossible to live without? I eat a banana and orange just about every day. Coffee is a must. Beef or Bacon would be difficult to live without. But if I had to choose one it would have to be Garlic....Russ

If fresh fruit juice can be accepted as "one" that would be it. If I had to live without it...other people would hear all about it. Constantly. All day. Every day.

That's an easy one: flour. It makes bagels, pasta and pizza.

That's the way I was taught to spell it as was, evidently, little Danny. Remember the false kerfuffle the media created over that? Yet today Joe Biden is portrayed as the avatar of refined statesmanship.

Dear Metro: Haha--I've heard Joe Biden called many things, but "refined" was not one of them. :) I will say he's an interesting person, for sure. (I'm preferring to stay away from actual political topics...)
