Does anyone use ceramic coated pans? NSF? Curious George ;) Actually looking for ceramic steam table pans...for sauces/kraut...

I don't....are they available? Is there a reason you'd rather use ceramic then widely available stainless steel? It seems like ceramic would crack in a steam table situation but I could be wrong....
