Excellent!
While I always made the (somewhat onerous) jaunt up I95 to Bustleton Ave when visiting Philly, this will make it easier for me as well to get my favorite cheesesteak in Philly!

I remember when Pat's expanded. I think it was in the 80's. There was one in the NE one in Quakertown, and I think a few more. None of them lasted.
