concession trailer manufacturers

Im in the market for a mobile kitchen/concession trailer and have been looking at Valiant Trailers, Millenium Trailers and Best Built Trailers. Does anyone have any expirience or heard anything about these companies? This is a big investmate and I dont want this thing to fall apart in 5 years.. Thanks

Recently bought new trailer from Sanchez trailers in Mission,tx. Has a good quality trailer but located almost in Mexico in south Texas.
