Mine usually now is in the mid to low 7s. At one time It was 13.8

Ditto on a good endo. My local hospital (Wright-Patterson AFB) has a well-staffed and well-educated diabetes clinic that teaches patients how to help control the disease. I started at 13.6 and currently am running 5.7 - 5.9 consistently - and still eating well. A side benefit - I've lost 70 lbs so far. Bill

Good for all of you! I run 6.6-room for improvement, but Doc is happier than when I was 11.0...
