chewingthefat Artichoke, Garlic, Parmesean, Meatball Soup, cream based. Is this stuff fantastic? Ah, yes it is! Thumbs up to the artichoke, garlic and parmesan in a cream base. But I'm not keen on the idea of meatballs in there. Meatballs in a cream anything seems like a no-no.

I suppose it would depnd on the flavoring. The Artichoke is pretty delicate..must of anything is gonna overwhelm it. CTF.you usine the hearts cut up?.Doing anything to them first? And if the meatballs are mostly poprk or veal, it might be better than beef

And if the meatballs are mostly poprk or veal, it might be better than beef Marinated but fully drained hearts. the meatballs are small and IMO really add a balance to the softness of the Artichoke.

Don't throw out that marinade! I use it for sauteing onions, garlic, etc when making a quick pasta sauce. Another no to the meatballs. You really need a new photographer!
