I love pastrami lox! I also love fatty pastrami and corned beef  . I guess that's why I rarely have them!

Here's the bar I use for pastrami: Langer's pastrami served on the freshest rye bread I've had. I hear that the rye is started elsewhere and finished off at Langer's but of course that is hearsay. The description of Langer's pastrami is at the top of their menu: It's not just the thick hand cut slices... it's the flavor and dark crusty bits that makes Langer's pastrami sandwich stand out. Today's sandwich was quite fatty... and delicious.
