Why does this happen to me?

Does this happen to some of you other members when you login? Getting the message below! It happens to me quite often. 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I get that quit often. Not sure if it's happened here or not, or why it happens at all.

clear your browser, hit F5 twice and retype in the address.. Your browswer history and cookies need to be cleaned out

It just happened again. Do what "The Wild Dog" Jaye said above. Hit F5 twice it worked this time. I can't wait until it happens again to see if the F5 works again.
