Congratulations to Grady Carlson, graduate of Hot Dog University on the opening of Windy City Dogs & More in Norwell, MA. Grady opened his first stand, Windy City-Eats in Weymouth in 2008. That would be great. If he, or any of your graduates open a stand in North Jersey, I would be happy to make it a stop on the Annual New Jersey Hot Dog Tour.
