Love2bake...  It was a little more esoteric than I had hoped.  Portland  Guess the brownies didn't make it.

Ahhh okay--I was trying to think of other cities with "Port" in them, too, but I couldn't quite fit the blond/brownie image in any of them!  Oh well...  You still have some of the best ones!!

      CC - Balti-S'mores!!!

San Francisco:  SF Bay-ley's Irish Coffee or Choco the Bay or Hilly Vanilly.  Okay--they're silly!

Hillly Vanilly! Ice ice cream Baby.

We could borrow the delicious sponge candy of Buffalo for...

I was thinking sponge candy would never work in ice cream but...

Would love it if San Francisco came out with an ice cream that had broken up pieces of See's Awesome Peanut Brittle Bar in it!
So glad you heard from Neesa and happy to find out she'll be having a B & M location this summer.  Walking distance from my apartment.  Thanks for the info!

Rocky Rhode Island is a fun name, too.

CC - I'm surprised sponge candy would work in ice cream, too.  I love that stuff, but it's so weird and scientific.  Perry's looks like it has some great flavors!

billyboy, a big yes on See's brittle - actually I love their cashew brittle (or is it toffee?)  Whatever--it's outstanding.

Thanks CC.  Will do.  I just looked it up on Google Maps and Gansevoort St. is in the Meatpacking District which isn't within walking distance from my apartment but it IS just a block or two from the New-ish High line park.  It'd be great to grab a sno-ball and stroll through the park on a warm, lazy summer day!

L2B, I'm not sure when I tried that Awesome Peanut Brittle Bar for the first time but it was definitely love at first bite!  The brittle was just salty enough to offset the sweetness of the chocolate.  When I was visiting friends in SF in 2007, I picked up a few boxes to take back east.
