I have a catering event and need to deep fry which I haven't done up until now. Can I use a turkey fryer set-up like they sell in Sam's Club to handle a low volume event?

Sure you can use it but will it cook the quantity you need fast enough for whatever it is you're serving?
    We need more info.
What you're cooking, # of servings you need, time element for serving it. etc.
