how do i make granola that is clumpy, less like a cereal and more bite sized pieces????

Let me second that recommendation. I really hit the jackpot when Rex posted the granola recipes and suggestions. The only problem is that NOW my husband eats it too, and I have to make it every week. I think you can experiment with the recipe to get the degree of "clump" that you like. For example, not spreading it out so thin and leaving it in the oven for a shorter period of time might make it clumpy.
