Here's one that's sure to turn a few stomachs. We've talked about bologna, but do any of you like Spam? I hadn't had any Spam literally for years. Last week, I picked up a small can just on a whim. This morning, I took a bagel, spread some goat cheese on it, then laid on some slices of lightly fried Spam. It tasted GREAT!
I'm curious to hear other opinions of this oft-maligned "meat".
