Chili in 2 hours

Well, stuck back in Michigan again (just came from a much warmer Indiana) I've been ordered by my brother to make a batch of chili tonight.. (Well, he knows better then to order me, it was more like a request)... But either way, I'm making my normal batch with Sundancer Chili Beans, Sirloin, onion, tomatos, V8, green pepper, etc... But I was curious on what you thought I might add to make it intresting? Maybe something that will kick up the flavor a bit! Your Thoughts??
