Anyone care to share some bread pudding recipes? There are different ones, I think they're all good, but I'mlooking for something that's pretty easy & quick to make. caqrl reitz

It is simple, a great way to use really ripe bananas and was delicious. Banana Bread Pudding 5 cups stale bread, cubed (I used homemade bread) 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced 3 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teas. salt 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 teap. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 8 x 13 pan and arrange the bread in an even layer. Put banana slices evenly over top of bread. Beat remaining ingredients (except cinnamon) and pour over the bread and bananas. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and bake for 30-35 min until the pudding is firm but not dry. Serve warm. The next time that I make this, I am going to serve it with rum sauce.
