Lemon Chicken

I went to a favorite of mine last night and had the lemon chicken again. I was wondering if it is the same in other places/areas of the country. You get 3 huge boneless breasts that are fried in a thick crust, sliced and is then placed on a bed of shredded lettuce. You get a thick lemon sauce on the side with white rice which I always have pork fried in place of. It is really good and enough for at least 2 meals. Does this sound about right or is this an Americanized version? For all I know this entire dish may be an American thing. BTW for you locals, it is First China in Cary near US1 & 64 West. Sounds more like a Raleigh-ized version. Eat that with some white bread, hush puppies, and Bud Light, and you got a meal.
