I have "breakfast" with my family for dinner and for lunch and everything else. We have eggs burritos or tacos for snacks We love pancakes for dinner. Bacon, of course can be eaten any time of the day with great abandon.

Supper last night was corned beef hash with scrambled eggs incorporated into it, toast and cherry jam. That sounds breakfasty. Sho was good. Two nights previous to that, I made banana waffles and bacon at 9PM.

Hey hefried, if i lived in Portland i'd go every weekend to the Otis Cafe for the best breakfasts in the whole damn USof A. Whats Otis, like 2-3 hours from you. On topic breakfast for dinner is a treat that my Wife and I sneak by the kids occasionally-they want the whole meal 2 growing teenage boys and a 10 y/o girl0tho i think she likes daddy's pancakes or cheese omelets those always with a toasted bagel and good bacon (odd but great combo-esp w/ extra sharp cheddar)and Peets coffee! We are hurtin for 24 hr bkfst unless driving to Turnpike in Broward county (lauderdale but west)and hitting the only Waffle house counts.

Last night we got home about 8:30 after a busy couple of days and I wanted the easy way out for Sunday supper. I made some toat and fried some eggs and we had egg sandwiches and they were so good. I consider egg sandwiches one of my comfort foods quote:Originally posted by carlton pierre I like breakfast foods just about anytime. I like to make egg sandwiches in the evening (no catsup, just mayo) pancakes; sometimes just goitta have breakfast twice a day. carl reitz

We love breakfast for dinner every now and then. Tonight I'm making huge omelettes stuffed with cheese, onions, peppers, fresh pressed garlic and ham. They'll be served with fresh bacon and cold sliced tomatoes. Andrea

The kids used to enjoy pancakes, sausage and eggs for dinner and I often order omlets at IHOP or Waffle House instead of a dinner or burger

Sounds like a good time at your house, Peach. I made B for D more when my kids were at home, but I don't think quite as good as your's. Wish I had lived in your neighborhood.
