Good pizza is an example of minimalism: Just enough crust to keep the sauce off the floor of the over, just enough sauce to cover the crust, just enough cheese to cover the sauce, a little sausage, and some fresh mushrooms. Romano and red pepper flakes on the side, and a cold one or four. Top

I'm ashamed to say that i'm actually becoming partial to the buffalo and bbq chicken pizza's. My wife always asks me why we went to the pizza shop when I always order the chicken.

I like everything on my pizza, except anchovies, so the possibilities are endless. One of my fav's is gr pepper, bacon/ham, and onion with a combination of cheddar and moneterey jack cheeses sprinkled on top.

i agree with Tiki-- pizza and beer-- that's got to be one of the best combos going.. my favorite pizza toppings-- sausage and mushrooms.. BUT i did have one other pizza that i absolutely loved but can't get anymore-- it was from a place in westwood new jersey-- called 'pie in the sky" == they were a born again Christian pizza place -- real fancy boxes with Bible verses on them and all that-- but the strangest and most tasty combo i've had was shrimp and bleu cheese...it sounds nasty but i can tell you it was great!!!!!!!!!!!

I like pepperoni, bacon, and mozzerella. The bacon has to have the fat cooked through tho' otherwise it will drip into the crust making for a soggy pizza.

When I was young, Sausage,Fried Onions, and fried peppers. That was in NJ, where they made pizza the right way. In the D.C. area,(or south of here)they put raw onions and peppers on(yuk). Now I like plain with Sliced jalepenios, or plain with oregano and red pepper flakes. Matt

I currently like the candian bacon, onion, banana pepper, and pineapple pizza on a thin or hand tossed crust; or Papa John's work's pizza (yes yes I know it's a chain but I like the combo of flavors!) There's a very good pizza place in Lexington called "Joe Bolognas" and I like their Hawaiian Pizza. Andrea

My choice depending on mood is: Plain cheese pizza when it is thin crust and perfectly made as in Maruca's on the boardwalk at Seaside Heights, NJ MY usual order is pepperoni pizza. At times I like a pizza with eggplant. And sometimes ya just gotta have one with everything and yes including anchovies. I have yet to try a garlic pizza but I am confident it is in my future.

I'm pretty basic, I like pepperoni and extra sauce. Italian sausage & extra cheese is my 2nd fave.
