Hope you're not talking about that nasty congealed type that Great Aunt used to make at Christmas - I think it was something like Campbell's Cream of Shrimp soup (not sure if they still make that), several packets of plain gelatin, chunx of onions, celery and peppers, and maybe one or two pulverized shrimp. YUCKO!!!!! I think I was the only one that didn't go ape over it.
