Mexican Food in Oregon

I've been steadily surveying Mexican food, especially taquerias and regional places, in Oregon now for a while. We unfortunately lost Cafe Azul, one of the best (and my favorite) upscale/regional Mexican food restaurant in the country. But we still have Nuestra Cocina, Taqueria Nueve, and La Calaca Comelona. We also have some very good taquerias: La Ochoa in Hillsboro, Salvador's in Woodburn, Poncho's in Vancouver, and La Iguana Feliz in Portland. And then there's Tortilleria y Tienda de Leon in Gresham and Vancouver for awesome guisados.
