Here's an award winning recipe 1 lb. chili grind from butcher Browned in a pan with diced onions... Add 1 cup water after browned... Add spices (2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 bay leaves). Let simmer until water boils out. Now add 3 cups water, 16 oz. tomato paste, 3 tablespoons honey. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve.
