Hard Times Cafe is 50's style restaurant chain in the Metro DC area with serves great Texas (especially good), Cincinnati, Terlingua and Vegetarian chilis. A check on their website http://www.hardtimes.com shows that they have expanded from the DC area to Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, and London, England.
