Hmmmm. What about some mango salsa with that?

Mango Salsa

Makes: 4 servings

2 cups mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp. lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until well mixed.
