My sister, a foodie AND someone who travels for her job,(a great combination), while in Texas recently, sent us a wonderland of smoked meats from Bear Creek Smokehouse. Anyone experienced their goodies, or better yet, been there? We got: Whole Turkey Breast Whole Chicken Brisket Pork Ribs Pork Tenderloin Smoked Pork Loin Bacon Summer Sausage Sausage BBQ sauce I'm trying to decide what to open first.
