O.M.G. I am sitting here, working, and my friend John walked up to my office, door, laid a Jimmy's Lunch (Hazleton PA) chili dog w/mustard & onions on my desk, and said, "Here you go. You're now in heaven."
I've spent about a minute taking in the aroma... and now I will dine. One end has a little bit more chili; I'll eat that one first...
Ahhhh. Now THAT was good. Nice texture; hard skin, then soft. pungent chili. Sharp mustard. Warm, but not cooked, onions. Soft bun. Nice.
