disney's turkey legs!!!!!!!

hey ya'all would anyone know of what they put on the turkey legs in Disney? i had it once and am dying to try and make it the same way!!

I saw on the Food Network on how they cooked them and I cant remember what if anything they put on them ,but I do recall them being smoked for hours then put in a cooler to finish by steaming.
