The Captain's Galley Thu, 01/27/05 3:33 PM (permalink)
I learned today that The Captain's Galley Restaurant in Crisfield, on Maryland's easten shore, has closed, at least temporarily. For those of you who never visited the place, it was located on Main Street in Crisfield, right on the water, and had plenty of local color and very good seafood. Apparently, they sold out to a builder who is going to construct condominiums on the site. Although the plan is to put a new "Captain's Galley" in the condo building, see , who knows if it will have the same ownership or personnel, not to mention the same quality of food. A shame!
