There is already a 50 page thread on this topic. If you enter "Red Barn" under the search mode, I think you will find it.

        Frank -

Used to remember that the outlet on Harvard Avenue got a lot of traffic from local industries - everyone agreed that they were great combo of good food and low price. They had a burger, fry and drink combo - it seemed that almost everyone ordered it. They must have premade many of them as you usually got order in about 30 seconds, but food generally tasted fresh. The value equation seemed to work there. If I recall, it is pretty easy to get to off I-77. My experience there was from 1984-86.

          Frank,

I briefly worked at a Red Barn in Marlow Heights, Maryland, back in the Summer of 1972. I wish you success in your endeavor to reopen a Red Barn restaurant, as I'm sure many other people do. If you were able to manage such a feat, I would travel from Florida to Cleveland just to have a Big Barney or Barn Buster again!

I used to work for the company back in the mid 70s till we closed them down in 1980. I think you might have a problem trying to use the name again as I understand Motel 6 took the rights away .

Bad News Everyone...I posted photos of the Country Grill (the Red Barn on Harvard Ave.)on Friday the 22nd 2005 on barnbuster.net. I found out today, Sunday the 24th 2005, that the Red Barn on Harvard was knocked down, with everything inside on Thursday the 21st 2005. So ends another page in the history of the Red Barn.
