Anyone from Mexico? I need Chilaquiles!

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find Chilaquiles like you would find in Mexico (Monterrey, for example) in Austin, TX. I also go to Dallas frequently as well. I ask and nobody knows here what they are, or they bring me something that are like sopes or migas you might eat for breakfast. I want some good old fashioned chilaquiles verdes con pollo like you could find in Mexico at any VIPS or Sanborns or in a home. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.
