Pork Tenderloins

As a transplanted Iowan in Chicago, I am craving a tenderloin sandwich like the kind you can find back in the Hawkeye State. The kind that is so big, it doesn't allow you to get your hands on the bun because it sticks out so far. May have to make a mad dash to Iowa to satisfy my craving.
