I've eaten lots of peanut butter and mayo sandwiches too! The mayo gives it a little extra flavor. Another twist to this sandwich is to add a slice of Vidalia onion! I know what you're thinking, but don't turn your nose up, just trust me and try one! Buckshot

I wish I could remember the magazine I read that said that Reese's peanut butter tasted most like peanuts.

I hadn't thought about PB/mayo sandwiches in years! Mom also put banana slices on them.

Kraft Peanut Putter from Canada is by far my favorite, but since I don't get to Canada very often my USA fav is Skippy Creamy. Peanut Butter, Sliced Bananas and crushed Potato Chips on Whole Wheat Toast...yummers.

I buy Trader Joe's creamy and/or crunchy; if I can't make it to Trader Joe's, it's Krema/Crazy Richard's. The only ingredient is peanuts, and I pour out most of the oil on top before mixing it and stowing it in the fridge. I love PB sandwiches on crunchy whole wheat bread with carrots and raisins, mayo and pickles, apple and raisin, or apple and cheddar cheese. I feel like a kid again!
