If happen to be in the Columbus area, take a road trip out to The Cheese Shop in Plain City (northwest of Columbus). The shop is run by a Mennonite family, I think, and is just south of town on Hwy 42.
The ice cream is very good, and the cones are HUGE - a couple bucks for a double scoop waffle cone. My fav is the Strawberry Cheesecake.
This place was a regular stop when I drove between Delaware and Dayton. They also make pretty darn good deli sandwiches.

Is it new? I don't recall ever noticing such a place. I know of Der Dutchman, and another, smaller restaurant south of there on the other side of the road, but I can't recall a cheese place.

If you're heading out of town, it's about half a mile past Der Dutchman. There is a sign for Yutzy's farm market right next to The Cheese Shop's parking area.
