candy bars

I am looking for a 1980s or 1990s candy bar im pretty sure it was called pb max it was chocolate with peanut butter and peanuts and im not sure what else i cant seem to find it any where any more i have searched all over the internet if anyone knows how to find this candy please let me know email me at tammy3281980@yahoo.com thank you;

I liked this one too...but according to several of the places that sell old time candy, it is no longer made and not available.

Yeah i guess not, they make everything else i wonder why not those. I use to love those as a kid. I have looked every where for them. If anyone finds them or finds out why they dont make them anymore let me know Thank you.

I checked with hometownfavorites.com and PB Max is indeed listed on their "Boy they were good but..." page of items confirmed to no longer be manufactured.

i got another candy bar that my husband has been looking for it is cookies and cream twix this one is probaly discontinued also.

I absolutey LOVED this candy bar too! I have also been searching and wondering about finding or obtaining it. I always see those shows on the Food Network about long lost candies that can be shipped to you, sitting in warhouses somewhere! Well not the PB MAX as I am finding out! Another website lists that a book written by Joel Glenn Brenner, titled "The Emperors of Chocolate; Inside the Secret World of Hershey and Mars", states that the reason they no longer make the PB MAX, is that the makers hate peanut butter! The product also was not a huge seller. Not a loser, just minimal sales. Well, I loved it and would buy it TODAY! Thanks so much!

TRY THE REESES BIG CUP WITH PEANUTS< it's as close as you can find to the PBMax bar :), I wish you could still find that thing though :( I am in no way involved with these sites, but I have indeed found some interesting things on the sites : Green tea kit kats, Milkshake kit kat, Pina Colada Almond Joy... ETC. Pretty cool stuff, mostly Japanese.
