A few years back we could get it at Albertson's in the High desert. It was usually located with the "exotic's" like chitterlin's and tripe.

I should have been more clear in my request. I have been able to purchase scrapple from Ralphs in Los Angeles and San Bernardino. I would like to be able to sit down at a restaurant or diner and have scrappled served to me.

41 years in central Calif I never once encountered scrapple or puddin or pond haus. Didn't know such a word existed until I hit Pa. in 1985. Good luck getting it served to you. MikeS.

Safeway has it in the frozen section in the East Bay i.e. Castro Valley, Hayward and Oakland etc. Look where the frozen sausage meats are kept.
