Cajun Joe's

Ok... about 12 years ago there was a chicken place in Northern Kentucky called Cajun Joe's. I know it was a franchise thing and they didn't last long. I remember one in Erlanger, Florence and then one opened up in Crescent Springs for a short period of time. I remember the chicken was really good and I loved the Cajun fries that they had. Anyone else have any memories of them and are there any left in the country?
