Twin Cities Sunday Dim Sum?

A few years ago a friend of mine took me to a Chinese restaurant somewhere in the Twin Cities, that served what he called Sunday Dim Sum. I always thought Dim Sum was just one dish, but this was a rolling buffet whereby the various dishes were wheeled around to each table.

My friend has since moved back to Malaysia, I lost contact with him, and I can't for the life of me remember the name of the establishment or whether it was in Minnesapolis or St. Paul.

Anyone know of this place or its location?
