I haven't been able to find any restaurants in SoCal that serve Kobe beef. I'm sure they're out there, but where? I understand it's so well marbled, with properties similar to foie gras, that if it's cooked any longer than a sear, it's ruined. Any tips on cooking it at home if/when I find it a the local market one day?
