I am currently working on my business plan for a small hot dog/lunch counter type establishment. I have worked with SCORE and the SBA, but I'm looking for as many resources I can gather. Those of you that have started a small restaurant what other resources would you suggest to help me? Are there any books, trade magazines, or associations that you would suggest? I am currently working in a small restaurant to gain experience and to find contacts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
