Need help with Priceline bid-involves fried clams

We will be driving from Ct to Rockport Maine and would like to stop at Woodmans and the Clam Box for whole clams. We will need to spend the night to do this. I always use priceline and need some help. There are a bunch of hotels that show up in the Danvers area. Would this be a good spot to spend the night on our trip north. I figure we could have clams for dinner then again the next day for lunch on our way to Maine.

It's been awhile since we did that area on a summer roadtrip...and an even longer while since I lived there, but I would suggest you save the "out of the way" miles by staying in Ipswich or Essex. Then continue on your northward trip after chowing down.
