Near world Famous Chicken Lips

There's a neat place in Burlington, IA, called Martini's, that serves an item called Chicken Lips. As they say Near World Famous. I was introduced to them while working in the area. It's an elongated piece of chicken, tossed in a creamy buffalo hot sauce, and topped off with a great Bleu Cheese.
