I have wonderful memories of the chocolate cookie icebox (ice cube tray cake) whipped cream filling my mother made. I know they still sell the cookies, but never see anoyone ever made it or serve it.
Do you?
The best part was how you had to cut it on an angle to make pretty stripes.....
