Carnation Ice Cream Mon, 07/25/05 4:52 PM (permalink)
I heard of Carnation Ice Cream and also seen it on Television when I was a kid in 1950's. I never seen it in a store when I was a kid in the 1950's. In fact, when I was a kid growing up in Michigan, I asked 2 owners of 2 Mom and Pop;s stores why they didn't carrried Carnation Ice Cream. They told me That Carnation Ice Cream was a local California Ice Cream. The only National Ice creams in my area were Sealtest and Borden's.

My guestions are;

Was it a National or Local Ice Cream brand.

Can You buy Carnation Ice Cream today?
