I'll have: Beef, 2/3 lb, Tillamook, Black olives, grilled onions, roasted chiles, scallions, guac, bacon, mushrooms, honey mustard, red relish on a hamburg bun.

The website indicates that this is a non-chain restaurant in Southern California, but I agree with the poster who said that the checklist was reminiscent of a place in New York...the sheet looks almost exactly like what a gourment sandwich place in New York City would hand out to customers...salads and sandwiches all made to order, with a wide range of toppings, meats, greens, etc.

quote:Originally posted by UncleVic I'm not sure Veggie, Chicken or Turkey qualify as a burger... Although when I refer to a burger I mean a ground beef patty many nonred meat eaters refer to a patty formed of ground turkey a burger and if cooked correctly a turkeyburger can be tasty. My daughter in law uses ground turkey to replace ground beef in all kinds of dishes from taco's to casserole but the turkey meatloaf leaves alot to be desired. Veggie and soy burgers IMHO are barely palatable regardless of spice additions and toppings
